FinancialForce.com has announced that myGearStore has chosen to replace NetSuite with FinancialForce Accounting to help fulfill up to 7,000 sales per day during peak season. As note din the company’s news release on Market Watch, myGearStore sells the latest Apple accessories via its website, as well as Amazon.com, eBay, Buy.com, and their retail store in Orange County, CA.

“FinancialForce Accounting works seamlessly with Salesforce CRM. The myGearStore customer service team has immediate access to accurate sales data, empowering them to organize replacements and credit notes with confidence. Working with cloud applications on Force.com gives myGearStore a real-time view of every open transaction and current balance sheet data.

“‘We were previously using NetSuite but found that we struggled to reliably maintain all our integrations to marketplaces,” said Ben VanderBeek, Executive Director of IT, myGearStore. ‘We deal with a high volume of relatively low value transactions, and are 100% reliant on connected systems to help us manage electronic transactions accurately. FinancialForce Accounting will enable us to have sales and finance on the same platform so we have a true picture of business performance at all times. The application is easy to use and has the same look and feel as Salesforce CRM, so it’s like using one system. Our knowledge of Force.com means we can easily customize our applications as required.'”
