Oncontact Software, developer of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for mid-market companies, has released version 5.0 of its Client Management Software (CMS). The new version builds on the features and functionality that has made CMS a customizable and easy-to-use system, allowing users to manage sales, marketing and customer service strategies from a single software suite.

“Oncontact Software’s CRM offerings are constantly evolving to meet the growing needs of our customers,” said George Kofman, president of Oncontact Software. “CMS 5.0 is a reflection of that. We evaluated the business benefits of CMS then explored what we could do to achieve even greater return on investment (ROI) for our customers. Those are the features we packed into 5.0.”

Advanced enhancements have been made to the navigation, search, customer support and e-mail integration features of CMS, allowing for the creation of more powerful and profitable relationships with customers and prospects. Whether run in a Windows environment or through a Web browser, CMS offers accessibility from workstations almost anywhere thereby creating a flexible and easily maintained communication tool.

Oncontact’s full featured and affordable CRM systems have been recognized with several awards this past year including the Industry Solution Award from Microsoft, the Top 15 CRM Award from ISM and the RealWare Award from Intelligent Enterprise magazine.
