Redknee Announces Microsoft Partnership
The company’s TCB offering will be integrated with Microsoft products to form a combined solution.
Billing software provider Redknee Inc. has announced a partnership with Microsoft.
"Under the terms of this partnership agreement, Redknee’s Turnkey Converged Billing, or ‘TCB,’ solution will be integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SQL Server 2008 R2, BizTalk Server 2009, Windows Server 2008, and other Microsoft technologies to form a combined solution that will benefit service providers," writes TMCnet’s Jayashree Adkoli.
"According to Redknee, its TCB is a customer experience management solution that not only provides traditional billing, but also works as a merchandising platform that optimizes and improves the overall subscriber service experience," Adkoli writes.
