, Sprint In Wireless CRM Alliance Staff

SAN FRANCISCO & KANSAS CITY, MO–, a deliverer of enterprise applications as

the alliance will provide its online customer relationship management suite
as part of the Sprint PCS Wireless Web for Business.

According to the announcement, customers will get anytime, anywhere access to
its CRM applications on Sprint’s all-digital voice and data PCS wireless network and Sprint PCS
customers who subscribe to will be able wirelessly access them. As part of the
Sprint PCS Wireless Web for Business, they say customers will be able to access
at their convenience on the browser of a Sprint PCS Internet-ready Phone and require little or
no training or IT support.
