CRM consultant and solutions provider SurfGold has appointed reseller XVizion, a Hong Kong-based distribution and consultancy firm with presence in China and Taiwan, to mark its entry into the Mainland market.

SurfGold will provide technology, software, CRM and partner relationship management (PRM) domain knowledge to enterprises in China wanting to implement its turnkey loyalty solutions.

“We are moving into China to serve our clients, of which many are Fortune 500 companies with a regional presence. We already have offices in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea, and this is timely since China offers exciting opportunities for SurfGold’s next phase of growth,” said SurfGold’s chief executive officer Eugene Lee.

China’s complex channel distribution structure is expected to offer “great potential” for SurfGold’s PRM solution. The solution is a comprehensive program for channels, partners and vendor relationship management, designed to incentivize, motivate and increase profits.

“With China’s economy still growing rapidly, SurfGold’s eCRM and PRM solutions will provide the leading edge and competitive advantage for companies to penetrate the huge Chinese market,” Lee added.

SurfGold’s loyalty programs for customers and partners have been successfully deployed in Seagate Technology, Samsung, In Sung, Tom.com, Compaq, Motorola, Epson and HP.
