Virgin Media Collaborates with Zeus
The collaboration is aimed at improved Virgin Media’s online customer experience.
Virgin Media is working with Zeus Technology to improve its online customer experience.
"The solution ensures that more than 4 million Virgin Media customers, even during spikes in demand, receive fast and available Web and e-mail services," writes TMCnet’s Deepika Mala. "Zeus is also being used by Virgin Media to migrate users onto a new function-rich e-mail system which is to get completed by the second quarter of 2010."
"The new function-rich e-mail system has an easy-to-use interface with more features and storage space than before," Mala writes.
