Wheelhouse Adds Ex-EasyAsk Pres.

Wheelhouse, a Burlington, Mass., maker of customer relationship management software, has hired Frank
Chisholm
, former EasyAsk president and COO, as senior vice president of sales and marketing.

At EasyAsk, he led the company’s transition from an enterprise data warehousing company to an Internet e-commerce software provider. EasyAsk delivers natural
language search tools to Lands’ End, Lucent, the U.S. government, among others.

“Frank’s built his career developing sales and marketing channels for enterprise software and technologies that at the time were very innovative and new, and
ultimately very successful,” said Brian Carty, Wheelhouse’s president and CEO.

Previously, Chisholm was president and COO of Trinzic, a software company specializing in business process automation. He was also president and COO of
Soft-Switch, a document and electronic mail interchange software provider later acquired by Lotus. He began his career with Cullinet Software in 1977.

Privately held Wheelhouse develops CRM integration software for Fortune 1000 companies.
