Wheelhouse, E.piphany To Host CRM Seminar Series

Wheelhouse Corporation, a marketing infrastructure services provider, and E.piphany Inc., a
customer interaction software provider, have announced a three-city industry seminar series for
senior marketing professionals in the Financial Services, High-Tech and Media & Entertainment
Wheelhouse says the emergence of the Internet has dramatically affected marketing
technology architecture as customers demand better and more personalized online and offline
interactions. The companies will offer a presentation and discussion on how leading companies
in their respective fields are deploying CRM systems to understand, analyze and communicate
more effectively with their customers. They recommend that senior marketing professionals
