Zelerate, Jabber.com Team On CRM Solutions With Instant Messaging, E-Commerce

SAN MATEO, CA & DENVER, CO–Zelerate, Inc., a provider of accelerated e-commerce solutions,
and Jabber.com, Inc., a provider of commercial Jabber software and services and a subsidiary
of Webb Interactive Services, Inc., have announced they have entered into a comprehensive
strategic marketing and referral agreement.

Under the terms of the agreement, Zelerate will promote Jabber's open-source technologies
along with Jabber.com's commercial solutions and professional services for instant messaging
to Zelerate customers as a solution for real-time customer relationship management (CRM) and
other immediate communications needs. For its part, Jabber will offer its customers the
e-commerce software and professional services of Zelerate. While financial arrangements were
not disclosed, both companies say they will embark on joint promotion, market development
and customer referral activities immediately.
