Altitude Software, ClearCube Technology In Co-Marketing & Deployment Agreement

MILPITAS, CA–Altitude Software, Inc., a global provider of solutions for Unified
Customer Interaction (uCI), has announced a co-marketing and deployment agreement with ClearCube
Technology, developers of systems delivering dedicated, Intel-based PC functionality to hundreds
of workstations from a centralized, rack-mounted environment. The companies say that, under the
terms, they will jointly sell, deploy and use each other’s products and that, for
enterprise call centers, the hybrid solutions offer strong eCRM capabilities, deployed and
managed at less expense and with greater ease-of-use.

According to Altitude, the agreement focuses on Altitude’s uCI 2000 and ClearCube’s C3
platforms. They say Altitude uCI 2000 is the first fully integrated eCRM solution to provide a
comprehensive view of all interactions across multiple touchpoints including telephony,
e-mail, Web and Wireless Application Protocol. ClearCube’s next generation C3 architecture
provides companies with the ability to lower operation costs while increasing the security and
manageability of their computing assets, all while enjoying the high performance level of a
standard PC.
