Aspire Solutions, Firstwave Partner To Offer CRM Solution Through An ASP

ORLANDO, FL–Aspire Solutions, LLC, an application service provider (ASP) of business
application software, has announced an agreement with Firstwave Technologies, Inc., a
provider of eCRM solutions. Aspire says this will enable them to offer Firstwave’s
eCRM suite to growing businesses on a per user basis.
“With Firstwave eCRM, our clients can more effectively generate sales from their
prospect and customer databases,” said Steven L. Chrest, president and CEO of Aspire
Solutions. “As an ASP, we can offer this powerful, cost-efficient relationship
management solution to companies that do not have the technical capability or resources
needed to operate it in-house.”
Firstwave says it’s the first company to offer a 100%, web-based eCRM tool built
specifically to run on the web, rather than a web-enabled solution.
“By signing this agreement with Aspire, we are now able to provide Firstwave eCRM to a
wider customer base,” said Richard Brock, president and CEO of Firstwave. “By obtaining
our eCRM solution through Aspire, clients are assured of receiving a fully supported
eCRM application that fits their eBusiness needs.”
According to Firstwave, Aspire clients will have access to a complete eBusiness
relationship system through Firstwave eCRM’s marketing, sales and support applications.
They claim the system will help them build a knowledge-based marketing, sales and
support team through a secure and synchronized view of new prospects, existing
customers, and extended enterprise members.
