BroadVision and Chordiant Form Global Partnership Staff

LONDON & CUPERTINO, CA–Broadvison, Inc., a supplier of personalized e-business applications,
and Chordiant Software, a provider of a unified CRM solution for companies with extreme IT
requirements, announced today that they have partnered to form an integrated CRM solution that
features personalized sales and service via the Internet, telephone, e-mail or retail outlets.

The companies expect to provide a a more complete solution for presenting personalized offers
