CyberRep Promotes Two

CyberRep, an outsourced call center and customer relationship management company (CRM) based in McLean, Va., has promoted Pat Charley to chief information officer and Jeff Stowell to vice president of client relations.


As chief information officer, Charley will be responsible for the ongoing technical infrastructure, and the implementation of all new initiatives for CyberRep's customer interaction center locations. With over 35 years of management experience and 7 years in call center operations, Charley was chief executive officer of 800 Support prior to the acquisition by CyberRep in March 2000.


Stowell recently joined CyberRep from TeleTech Holdings, where he served as the executive director of client relations. In his new role, he will implement continuous quality improvement processes, focusing on operational execution and expansion opportunities.


CyberRep ranks as the third largest privately held CRM company, and operates eight customer interaction centers throughout North America. The company's services include telephone, e-mail and Web-based customer contact.
