Davox Completes Name Change to Concerto

Westford, Mass.-based customer interaction management (CIM) solutions provider Davox Corp. Friday announced that it has officially changed its name to Concerto Software Inc. .


The company Friday began trading under the new ticker symbol. The name change follows the January merger of Davox and CELLIT.

“Changing our name to Concerto Software Inc. is a significant milestone on our road to establishing the company as a leader in the fast-growing CIM solutions market,” said James Foy, chief executive officer of Concerto. “Concerto is a bold new company with industry-leading solutions, an aggressive strategy and an entrepreneurial spirit.
