To mark the milestone anniversary, the magazine will introduce a new monthly feature titled “Re: Locations.” The new section will be dedicated to reporting on economic development issues of vital interest to the contact center industry and will highlight news of recent contact center expansions, incentives offered by various locales, co-location opportunities and labor statistics.

“A contributing factor to the success and longevity of Customer Inter@ction Solutions is our continued analysis of the prevailing market conditions. ‘Re: Locations’ is an excellent example of how we are responding to the needs of our readers,” said Nadji Tehrani, founder, chief executive officer and chairman of TMC.
