Managing data from Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn can present a significant challenge.
In a recent article at SearchCRM.com, Barney Beal looks at the challenges of managing the volumes of customer data that come with a social CRM deployment.
"As organizations embark on social CRM projects to capitalize on the rapid growth of social networks like Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, there is one major stumbling block that must be considered — and ultimately addressed," Beal writes.
