Metreo Names New VP of Professional Services
Palo Alto-based Metreo Wednesday named Peter Wong as Vice President of Professional Services and will report directly to co-founder, President and CEO, Daphne Carmeli.
The company specializes in online decision-making and quotes for customer sales requests in the manufacturing sector.
In addition to overseeing enterprise implementations, Wong will be working closely with the company’s partners and customers to show them the benefits of using the company’s software platform, the Metreo SR2.
“To achieve real bottom line results from enterprise solutions in the manufacturing segment, you absolutely cannot compromise on domain expertise,” says Carmeli. “Peter is that rare individual, with 20 years of experience in manufacturing, who is able to assess the critical business metrics and frame solutions for rapid ROI results.”
Before joining Metreo, Wong was in charge of plant operations for Jasmine Technologies, a computer peripherals manufacturer.
