NTractive Elements CRM Available on Mac App Store
Elements CRM has brought the updated Elements v3.1 edition to the Mac App Store. As noted in this macnn report, the new version offers significant speed increases (up to 100x in some cases), bug fixes and a few new features, along with the promise of an updated iPhone companion app.
“The program can be used to manage sales, contacts, calls, projects, tasks, finance, billing, and more — and features large, visually-oriented options like an in/out board, image and document storage, project tracking, invoice creation and other options. It offers a home (or admin) screen to organize the day, a built-in calendar that integrates with iCal, and keeps track of contacts and e-mails between the user and their contacts. It handles finance components such as processing credit cards and generating forms, can post to AccountEdge or QuickBooks, and can also track project costs and time spent on projects as well as creating purchase orders and other forms.”
