The bottom line is that business decision makers are often too busy to take time to learn complex business intelligence tools and so they ring IT when they need something. I’m sure this is very frustrating to the IT organization because they acquired those tools to offer these decision makers needed information and analysis and don’t really understand why they keep getting those telephone calls.”
