UPS Gets CRM from RMH

Effective immediately, RMH Teleservices, Inc. has wrapped up a multi-year deal with United Parcel Service, Inc. to deliver inbound customer relationship management (CRM) services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

John Fellows, CEO of RMH Teleservices says that his company will supply high quality service at a low cost to UPS. He added that the company plans to make additional investments in its infrastructure in order to support the relationship with UPS.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Ga., United Parcel Services’ express and package delivery service is available in more than 200 countries and territories.

Founded in 1983, RMH Teleservices, Inc. is headquartered in Bryn Mawr, Penn. and employs approximately 7,500 people across 25 facilities throughout the United States and Canada. The company’s outsourced CRM services focus on customer acquisition, care and growth, integrating every area of business that touches the customer-namely, marketing, sales, customer service and technical support.
