Xchange (NASDAQ:EXAP), a Boston maker of customer relationship management software, has named
Chris Wagner president and CEO.

The 20-year software vet also joins the board of directors. He succeeds Andrew Frawley, who will continue as chairman of the board.

Most recently, Wagner was president and CEO of Metiom, an e-commerce infrastructure provider. Previously, he was executive vice president and general
manager of CA Services, a division of Computer Associates.

“(Wagner) meets our highest hopes for every quality we desired in a candidate; a class ‘A’ network, a track record of unparalleled growth,
multi-national direct and indirect distribution expertise and success, and proven management of operations at one of the world’s largest software and
services vendors,” Frawley said.
