Z1 SecureMail Integrates ERP Connection
Zertificon Solutions has announced that the company has equipped its ‘Z1 SecureMail Gateway’ e-mail encryption solution with an ERP-Connector integrated into the administrative interface. As noted in the news release, Z1 SecureMail Gateway can connect via a Web interface to Active Directory and Lotus Notes as well as to other LDAP directories.
“The Zertificon solution is automatically synchronised with the Active Directory. By using a specific search filter, it is possible to synchronise not only the individual clients with the integrated ERP-Connector, but also groups from standard LDAP or Active Directory Servers. The users are added, deleted and moved analogically to the associated directory. This component provides an extremely flexible administration configuration and can thus cater for all user defined requirements. It is included as an ERP-Connector license feature. The established ERP-Connector SDK is, as usual, available for more complex connections in non-standard-ERP environments.”
