Blue Martini ExpressSM is the latest offering from customer relationship management (CRM) applications provider Blue Martini Software, Inc. The all-in-one product combines software, consulting services, training and support and is designed to help organizations implement Blue Martini eCRM applications within a 30 to 65 day time frame.

Blue Martini Express will initially deliver four bundled packages designed to address immediate, and specific, business needs. All of the bundles represent complete solutions within fixed timeframes and includes the application software, consulting services from Blue Martini Software and its systems integrator partners, basic training, and standard support.
- ROI Marketing — Within 30 days, this product will enable companies to implement a full-featured marketing solution including market segmentation, targeted e-mail campaigns and results measurement.
- Direct-to-Business Web site — Within 65 business days, Blue Martini Express allows companies to launch a full-featured Web site, including integration with ERP (enterprise resource planning) and warehousing systems for order fulfillment, payment, tax calculation and inventory checking.
- Direct-to-Consumer Web site — This application will allow for the launch a fully-functional direct-to-consumer Internet site within 65 business days. Features include integration with merchandising and warehousing systems for order fulfillment, payment, tax calculation and inventory checking.
- Partner Extranet — Launching a “self-service” extranet that provides partners with easy access to selling tools is possible to achieve within 55 days.
