Bill Bradley To Address Call Center & CRM Conference
SANTA ANA, CA–The 11th Annual Call Center & CRM Solutions Conference & Exposition, taking
place in Dallas January 22-25, will have a former U.S. senator and presidential candidate
as its keynote speaker.
According to Advanstar Communications, producer of the event, Bill Bradley will discuss
the path ahead for America in a world of change driven by technology and globalization.
“Led by Bill Bradley, this year’s Call Center & CRM Solutions keynote presenters will offer
new ideas about the world we live in, the technology which drives it and our ever-evolving
market,” said Liz Crawford, group show director for Advanstar’s CRM Group. “Our industry
cannot ignore the trends in globalization and Bill Bradley will provide insight how to
succeed in this new connected world.” Crawford added that 4,500 call center managers and
technology professionals are expected to attend and that 120 vendors will be there to
showcase their products.
Advanstar says other keynote presenters will include Dan Van Doren, president of Vanguard
Communications and Brett Shockley, vice president and general manager of the Customer
Center Business Unit of Cisco Systems. Bradley is scheduled to speak on Tuesday, January
23rd, at 9 p.m.
