Collective Intellect has recently released its web-based, automated, real-time text mining and analytics software for social media, traditional and corporate media. According to the company’s press release, the Social CRM Insight Platform is designed to provide real-time, actionable insights to enable organizations to gain faster and richer insights as well as early warnings on important trends to drive superior business performance.
“Collective Intellect Social CRM Insight platform enables open-ended analysis by identifying key themes and terms as well as understanding causation and correlation to capture the true voice of the consumer. It also enables closed-end analysis to identify and quantify consumer considerations and preferences and customer sentiment utilizing dimensions that are either customized or provided in the library.
“Collective Intellect’s Social CRM Insight software consists of two modules: CI-Listen and CI-Insight both of which utilize Collective Intellect’s Semantic Analytics Engine.”
