Accenture has been chosen to implement an integrated supply chain enterprise resource planning platform.

Accenture has been awarded a multi-year contract by Delhaize Belgium to implement an integrated supply chain enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform.

“Under the agreement, Accenture will collaborate with Delhaize Belgium to implement the new platform that will enable the retailer to standardise their supply chain transactions for improving their efficiency and productivity,” according to Computer Business Review.

“Accenture said that the program will also enable Delhaize to improve the management of the inventory in their datacentres, while reducing inventory costs,” the article states. “The company will also implement the GOLD offering from Aldata, a supplier of integrated business offerings.”
