Experlogix Intros Portal for Dynamics CRM
The new offerings helps organizations handle online sales.
Experlogix, Inc. has released a portal edition of its configurator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
"Company officials said that the Experlogix Configurator Portal Edition helps organizations to expand their sales to the Web by offering guidelines regarding Experlogix Configurator to customers, channel partners and prospects," writes TMCnet’s Shamila Janakiraman. "This will enable them to configure custom products and services to meet their needs."
"Quotes and orders configured by the portal edition will create corresponding quotes and orders in Microsoft Dynamics CRM enhancing pipeline visibility and facilitating order entry," Janakiraman adds.
Chris Finlayson, marketing services coordinator for Experlogix customer Beachcomber Hot Tubs, says the solution helps accelerate his company’s online quote and order process. "Our dealers can now configure a tub faster and with greater accuracy with the Experlogix Portal Configurator," he says.
"Experlogix steps a dealer through the option selection process, calculates accurate pricing, and cooperates with our ERP system fully," Finlayson adds. "Our people now have access to see orders in process, and configured quotes through Microsoft Dynamics CRM allowing them to serve our customers better."
