RidgeTek Launches CRM, Business Intelligence Software

RidgeTek has announced its line of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Intelligence (BI) services and software for smaller companies. As noted in this PR.com release, Ridge’s CRM initiatives are centered on three major functions of CRM: Sales Force Automation, Marketing and Customer Support and Knowledge systems.
