The new version offers compatibility with more browsers and operating systems.

SprinxCRM has introduced a new version of its CRM system, adding compatibility with a wider variety operating systems and browsers.

"Built on pre-existing support for Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, BlackBerry and Windows Mobile, SprinxCRM also added Google Chrome to its list of supported browsers," according to the Computer Business Review. "Sprinx features a web-based CRM that includes sales management and reporting elements that enable its users to analyse, and gather customer data."

"This new edition of SprinxCRM is one example of our overall strategy to expand compatibility with various browsers and operating systems, thereby making our customer relationship management system even more flexible and useful to a wider range of clients," says company director of sales Radko Jelinek.

"In keeping with our mission to provide clients with anticipatory solutions, we are well underway with the development of SprinxCRM Universal Sync Module with open API interface, and we are on track for its scheduled release this coming spring," Jelinek says. "Sales professionals are always looking for a competitive edge, along with ways to maximize their time. This innovation will offer them both… along with greatly improved data accessibility and overall business efficiencies."
