Tracer CQM has introduced a Web-based CRM platform.

"The core module provides a secure database of client information, which can be company-wide, or limited to the portfolio of each individual user," the article states. "It stores up-to-the-minute client information that can be updated by the user, a dedicated back-office clerk, or though scheduled synchronization between the client master and Tracer CRM."
