Professional services giant PricewaterhouseCoopers and customer management solutions provider ATG (Art Technology Group, Inc.) announced their collaboration on a global alliance. Focused on providing Global 2000 companies with customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, the alliance hopes to enable businesses to create, maintain and grow profitable customer relationships across multiple channels.

PricewaterhouseCoopers has already trained more than 300 consultants on ATG Dynamo® software solutions with plans to grow its global ATG consulting team to more than 600 professionals.
ATG Dynamo® e-Business Platform enables organizations that use the Internet as their primary business channel to build their online customer relationships and to more effectively market, sell and support their products and services.

PricewaterhouseCoopers’ global CRM practice, comprising more than 3,500 consultants worldwide, will avail its resources to ATG for projects requiring highly specialized CRM and e-business planning, design and integration services. The two organizations have already collaborated for more than a year on many joint customer engagements requiring Java-based, scenario-driven CRM solutions, and a number of strategic initiatives.

“Our expanded relationship with ATG creates new opportunities for serving global clients whose continued growth will greatly depend on how well they understand and exceed the needs of their most important customers,” said Vineet Garg, Management Consulting Services partner and global leader of the ATG practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. “We believe that ATG has taken a dynamic and progressive approach to fulfilling the most demanding CRM requirements of many leading companies.”

ATG and PricewaterhouseCoopers have linked their names in other ventures as well:

  • ATG recently bestowed a top solutions provider award to PricewaterhouseCoopers for 2000.
  • PricewaterhouseCoopers will showcase ATG solutions premised on the Dynamo e-Business Platform at client demonstration centers around the globe.
  • PricewaterhouseCoopers is also a sponsor of the e-business strategy forum for ATG’s upcoming Revolution Tour with the Patricia Seybold Group. This eight-city tour will focus on how leading companies are designing customer-focused business strategies that enhance customer loyalty while improving revenue and increasing profitability.

“As one of our leading CRM and e-business systems integrators, PricewaterhouseCoopers has met with repeated success in implementing world-class CRM solutions, and enabling companies to harness the power of personalized, Web-based relationship management tools,” said Jeet Singh, chief executive officer of ATG. “We look forward to working with PricewaterhouseCoopers more closely than ever before, in a strengthened collaborative effort to see our e-business clients truly thrive, not just survive, in an extremely competitive environment.”
