Salesforce Reports FY 2010 Results

The company added 17,100 net new customers during the past year.

Salesforce has reported its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2010 results.

"For the quarter, the company said fourth quarter profit was up 48 percent, coming in at $20.4 million, up from $13.8 million for the same quarter a year ago," writes ZDNet's Sam Diaz.

"For the quarter, total customers grew 31 percent from the year ago, up to 72,500," Diaz writes. "For the year, the company added 17,100 net new customers. Looking ahead, the company forecast first quarter revenue to be in the range of $365 million to about $367 million with GAAP eps to be 12-13 cents and Non-GAAP eps to be approximately 29-30 cents."
